Dr. Chimney & Hob provides professional kitchen appliance services including:
Booking: Service bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to technician availability.
Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your service appointment by contacting us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show: If you are not available at the scheduled time and location, a no-show fee may apply.
Service charges will be communicated at the time of booking or inspection. Prices are subject to change based on the scope of work required. Payment is expected upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payment via cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other digital payment methods.
Service Warranty: All repair and installation services come with a 30-day workmanship warranty.
Spare Parts Warranty: Genuine spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 3-6 months).
Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

Dr. Chimney & Hob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by third parties, or issues arising from non-compliance with recommended maintenance.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Dr. Chimney & Hob and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
